Offer Agreement

This Offer Agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement") is a public offer (proposal) by Protelle (hereinafter - "Seller") for the sale of goods posted on the website protelle.com (hereinafter - "Website"). Confirmation of the acceptance of the offer is the Buyer's placement of an order on the Seller's Website.

1. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. An Offer is a proposal from the Seller containing the terms of purchase of goods through the Website.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer by the Buyer confirms the fulfillment of all terms of this offer and is considered a concluded Contract for the sale of goods.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1. The Seller undertakes to:

  • Provide the goods in the quantity and assortment specified in the order;
  • Deliver the goods within the established сроки;
  • Reimburse the Buyer for expenses related to the return of goods if the goods do not comply with the terms of the offer.

2.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate and reliable information for placing an order;
  • Accept the goods that comply with the terms of this offer;
  • Pay for the goods according to the chosen payment method.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1. All intellectual property rights displayed on the Website belong to the Seller. All materials contained on the Website (including, but not limited to, texts, images, logos, and other objects) are the property of the Seller or the respective rights holders.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1. The price of the goods is indicated on the Website and may change without prior agreement with the Buyer.

4.2. Payment for goods can be made through various payment systems indicated on the Website. The Buyer has the right to choose the most convenient payment method.

5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. In case of defects in the goods, the Seller undertakes to refund the money or exchange the goods for new ones.

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions in the operation of the Website or the impossibility of fulfilling an order in case of force majeure circumstances.

6.2. The Buyer is responsible for the information provided when placing an order, in particular for the correctness of the delivery address and contact details.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. This Agreement is a public offer and is valid on the territory of Ukraine.

7.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior agreement with the Buyer.
